Tatweer Group continues to strengthen its presence in the real estate development and hospitality sectors with the addition of Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley, representing an investment of SAR 800 million. This milestone reflects the Group’s extensive experience since its establishment in 1991, having delivered more than 100 real estate projects spanning over 6 million square meters, alongside more than 2 million square meters of developments currently in progress.

Strategically located within Laysen Valley, one of Riyadh’s prominent modern urban developments, the hotel benefits from excellent accessibility and proximity to several of the capital’s key destinations, including the Diplomatic Quarter, Diriyah, Qiddiya, King Salman Park, and Al Orouba Park. This prime location positions the hotel as an ideal destination for visitors, business travelers, and guests seeking an integrated hospitality experience in a vibrant urban setting.

Hotel guests and visitors also benefit from the integrated environment of Laysen Valley, which features international brands, diverse amenities, pedestrian walkways, and services designed to enhance the overall visitor experience. This distinctive setting extends beyond traditional hotel accommodation, creating a destination that brings together hospitality, leisure, and services in one location.

The project builds on the legacy of Tatweer Group and its affiliated companies, which have established a strong market presence through a portfolio of landmark developments, including Business Gate, Riyadh Front, Red Sea Mall, Logistics Park, Home Offices, and other distinguished projects. Together, these developments have contributed to the Group’s accumulated expertise in creating commercial and urban destinations.

These projects demonstrate Tatweer Group’s ability to move beyond conventional real estate development toward creating integrated destinations that respond to evolving market needs and changing patterns of use. This approach encompasses hospitality, retail, office spaces, amenities, and services, and is clearly reflected in Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley through its combination of strategic location, high-quality facilities, exceptional hospitality experiences, and the surrounding urban environment.

Commenting on the project, Salamah bin Salamah bin Saidan, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Tatweer Group, emphasized that the development embodies the Group’s strategy of expanding into the hospitality sector through distinctive, world-class destinations that contribute to Riyadh’s urban development objectives.

Bin Saidan added that a project of this scale reflects strong confidence in the growth of the Saudi market, driven by major developments and international events, as well as the Group’s commitment to creating integrated hospitality experiences that combine luxury with vibrant, strategically located destinations.
