He began his journey in the design, execution, and management of major industrial and infrastructure projects across multiple locations within the Kingdom and internationally, gradually advancing toward leading large real estate investment portfolios and managing ambitious national development initiatives. His experience spans major real estate development, as well as the establishment and leadership of several national investment and real estate companies.

Abdullah has 30 year experience in leading complex projects across various industries including real estate, technology, offshore and hydrocarbon.With meticulous attention to details, he has successfully overseen numerous multi-billion projects from inception to completion, delivering results that consistently meet client expectations. Throughout his career, he demonstrated exceptional ability to manage cross-functional teams, optimize processes and drive innovation.​

Faisal Al Nahdi is a senior real estate executive with more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate development, asset management, and strategic investment. He has led the management and development of a SAR 14.3 billion real estate portfolio, increasing its asset value by more than 40%. As Founder of Roaya Real Estate and Co-Founder of Shomoul Holding, he has played a key role in delivering landmark developments, most notably The Avenues projects, valued at more than SAR 19 billion. He has also held senior leadership roles at Al Fozan Holding, Century 21, and AIMS, and an advisor to the Board of Directors of the AMAAD project. He has completed executive education programs at MIT and the University of Oxford.

He shapes high-performing ecosystems where owners, operators, tenants, and technology work as one—embedding AI in operation to unlock smarter decisions, leaner operations, and superior customer experience. With sustainability as a core lens, he consistently protects revenue, optimizes cost, and elevates asset lifecycle value across complex portfolios.

Mr. Samer has over 20 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate governance, real estate development, facilities management, investment management, and corporate secretariat functions. He possesses deep expertise across legal, institutional, real estate, and financial matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, regulatory compliance, governance framework development, and real estate fund structuring. He also has a distinguished professional track record in managing mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dispute management and litigation, as well as providing legal oversight for major development projects. He is recognized for his ability to mitigate legal risks, enhance governance efficiency, and align legal strategies with business objectives to support sustainable growth.

AI & Automation Consultant with 33+ years of leadership experience across telecom, insurance, healthcare, and real estate. Proven track record working with Tier 1 regional organizations, including ADNOC, Etisalat, Mobily, AWJ Holding Company, and Najm for Insurance Services, leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, AI adoption, and multimillion-dollar portfolios in regulated environments.

Ali brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience in shared services functions and its strategic operations. Throughout his career with Saudi Aramco, MODON, the Ministry of Sports, the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee, and now in Tatweer, he has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and built scalable operating models. As Head of Shared Services Sector at Tatweer, he oversees Human Capital, AI & IT, Procurement, and Administration & Government Affairs, driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and high-performing teams to deliver sustainable business value.

Mazen brings over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand building, and real estate development in Saudi Arabia. He has led major initiatives across government, semi-government, and private sector organizations, including the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, NHC, and Rafal Real Estate Development Company. His experience includes launching landmark projects and brands, developing corporate identities, shaping market positioning, enhancing customer experience, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
